A UK weather conky
The icons used are as you see if you go on the web for a forecastt from the Met Office, e.g. http://www.metoffice.gov.uk/public/weat ... /gcpsvf37b
If anyone is interested I'll post the scripts, it's implemented in python.

Hi "AndyMH",
Interesting...
FYI - For Your information
Here are my two absolute favorite weather applications that you can check out and install, if you wanted. The links have screen shots and installation instructions that work for Linux Mint. Each has various display options from small to large with various weather options. You can select different weather services as well. You can pick the location, and or locations, but I do not know if that includes every little town and hamlet everywhere. FYI-2: These do not need or use "Conky". These are so great that I have both installed, and I use one on virtual desktop workspace 1, and the other on virtual desktop workspace 2.
