clock for left side Mate panel

I'm using Mint 20 - Mate : and was wondering if there is a clock that I can format and would automatically turn on the panel when it is place on the left side of the display, like Xfce or LMDE panels.

there is not and that's no problem ; if Administrator would like to delete this is ok.
