I have my .conkyrc file all created fine which works, however when I log out/restart, Conky appears where it's supposed to but above all windows and I have to go into the .conkyrc file, save it and then it goes to the way I want it.
I think this stems from ages ago when I first tried it, I kind of edited the conky.conf file in /etc.

Anyway, I'll post both my conky.conf and .conkyrc so hopefully someone can help me out, pretty sure it's a simple fix.
