I'm curious about that thing too, it's so rad looking!
Monster Desktop: 4GB DDR2 RAM/2.5 GHz AMD Phantom II Quad-Core/ATI Radeon 4200 with 512MB of Memory
Betamine: 756MB DDR RAM/1.8GHz AMD Sempron +3000 Single-Core/SiS -something- with like 16MB of Memory
Installed Mint 9 on top of my PCLinuxOS partition, i tried, what can i say, it is an awesome distro, great community, but just couldn't get comfortable with it (the KDE, not the community, got a very warm reception there), can't be more specific.
The most heartening pop-up after a fresh install is "Drivers are available for your hardware" and when they install smooth as silk before any updates, it just makes your day.

Doesn't seem to be the sort of thing that would fit on my desktop tbh (maybe top left?), or that useful for that matter - I always have additional windows open at the same time as a terminal.
Excellent desktop mmesantos1
Being able to customise the colours of the AWN dock makes a subtle but noticeable difference - I've been playing with it myself but can't post screenshots at the moment, connection trouble.
