Here's the link to where I found the 2K10 Calendar Wallpaper/Graphics >> http://sub88.free.fr/index.php/2k10-desktop-calendar

They, also, have many other Calendars to chose from >> http://www.hongkiat.com/blog/calendars- ... allpapers/

In fairness, the KDE panel usually autohides behind a window. It reappears when you move the mouse to the bottom of the screen. The KDE panel can also be resized.

KDE was a little too bloaty for me, but it does have a lot of customization options.

MasterPoppy;

That is a gnome taskbar. I don't run the KDE desktop, I just like some of the apps and artwork.
The panel is so wide because I set it to 36 pixels when I moved it to the top so I can read it easier with my aging eyes.

If it's a normal theme (not compiz, emerald) just download the compressed file and save it somewhere and then extract it in the .themes folder (which you're going to create if it doesn't exist already. then you should have it in your "window manager" or "appereance" section, this worked for me pretty fine..

MasterPoppy,
I'm running Gnome - haven't tried XFCE yet,waiting for the Mint 8 version.
Download the LaGadesk Blue Night theme from gnome-look.
You'll find its "double-wrapped" that is a tar.gz within a tar.gz,so you need to extract it first (right-click and choose "extract here")open the extracted file and you'll find another tar.gz file.
Then open system>preferences>appearance.
Drag the "internal" tar.gz file and drop it onto the theme window,it will install itself from there.
There is a way of doing this from the command line but I haven't mastered it yet.
