This makes me very happy in the pants. Why isn't Mint Deb-based in the first place? It always ran and always shall run smoother and better then Ubunutu.
How's it working and how'd you get it to work? I wanted to do the 32-bit one but when I burned it to LiveCD it didn't work >.>
I have all the Crunchbang Statlers downloaded ... Xfce and Openbox in both 32 and 64-bit.MintyFree wrote:How's it working and how'd you get it to work? I'd love to try Statler! I'll check out the forum and see if someone could help me install. It's been a bloody pain though.vrkalak wrote:

Crunchbang has worked well for me. Minimal, light-weight and very fast.
Now, that Crunchbang is based on Debian ... The Xfce version is super fast.
Check out the Crunchbang Forums ... they are friendly and helpful, if you're still thinking of trying Statler x32-bit.
LinuxMint Xfce is still the main OS on my home PC.
