Ok had some time to try openSUSE 11.3 gnome. Not too bad. Runs very well actually. Well here is a screenshot or 2 of what I did with it, well at least with the theme, the default theme was just ugly. :)

That piqued my curiosity so I had to Google up some screenshots of the default appearance of openSUSE 11.3 gnome - The individual parts of it are OK but as a whole it doesn't quite work.Your version is a definite improvement 8)

looking really nice.
How do you get the ball? Is this an SuSE only feature or am I just to stupid to find it? The only thing i see is an option which makes it Cylindrical, but not Round o0

btw, gratz to oscar, now you are officially an overprivileged spammer *joke*

quite actual and really near by the "original" kde-design, only changed some Icons/Skins and such things.

greetings Leit

P.S.: I need a bigger Screen with higher resolution, so i can get even more trashy functions on my Desktop

Excellent Skycap (?) and cube/sphere.

(BTW, I had no idea either, I noticed Clem's announcement and inferred from the Avatar. Until then I assumed Oscar = he)

trying out Azenis green theme with matching icons. The wallpaper i edited in GIMP (added the Logo and changed the background to green) all credit goes to the original creator http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/ ... ent=127499
