I used QtCurve it comes with the KDE version in QtCurve there is an opacity setting for the windows, dialog and popups. I changed a lot of settings in style and color in application settings. For my panels I got the theme off of the get more themes it is called diamond the windows were all QtCurve... I could probably export my settings for a theme if interested.

Looks sweet I like the wallpaper with that theme... All of these desktops look really nice great jobs on creating them!!!
My post in wallpapers with all the fractal ones gets updated all the time with new ones so check them out often I added like
