Re: All Desktop Screenshots > 1st Half of 2015
Thanks twodogs! It's just a panel with transparency enabled, kind of simple but it gets the job done. Thanks again for the link to the wallpaper! Never thought I would enjoy Xfce so much but it is pretty customizable and not a single problem with it. I have a Cinnamon install too, just can't decide which DE I like better.

Yeah, Xfce is nice. I keep coming back to Cinnamon. Sometimes I use Docky, too. Have a great day!exploder wrote:Thanks twodogs! Full screen version
Time for a new desktop Found this lovely wallpaper on CGWallpapers.com. And decided to build my theme around it. I think it worked out rather well Theme parts are available from the Cinnamon themes and from Noobslab.com

And here is my Korora 20 Cinnamon x64
Rainy Day Blues theme
Yes, and I did the same thing. Mint 17 would not boot on this POS (new!) hardware, so I settled for Korora 20 - which was the only distro I could boot.exploder wrote:Had problems running Mint 17.1 on my hardware and this was a great way to still be able to run Cinnamon.

Re: All Desktop Screenshots > 1st Half of 2015
This a quick screenshot of my two headed KDE system. Screen one is a DVI LCD and screen 2 is an old VGA. I keep conky and all of the shortcuts on screen 2 and open applications on screen 1 (applications can be moved to screen 2 if needed.) Each activity is set up the same way.
Screen 1 runs a slide show that changes every ten minutes. Each activity has their own image folder for the slide show. The xpad note is set up by auto-start to show on screen 2 of every desktop of every activity. (12 Activities with 4 desktops each.) This will most likely change as time goes by but for me right now it is perfect.
Cheers.... Jim
Edit: I just noticed the Mate partition percent indicator was not working correctly after uploading the screenshot. Correction has been made...(too many fingers on the keyboard error.)
