Software Windows Customisation

Post by vinayakk25 » Sun Feb 03, 2019 3:58 pm

Hi, I have recently installed Linux Mint 19.1.I am new to linux.
Whenever I open any software (except system software), It's windows borders are black as per the theme but the background of the window is bright white because of which it is difficult to read the text written on it. So How can I change the background of applications or software?

Hi, and welcome to Linux Mint

If you post the output of inxi -Fxz as per the "how to get help" instructions (point 5) it will go a long way to telling us how to help you. Also, name and shame the programs to which you refer, we are not mind readers.
Kernel: 4.15.0-46-generic x86_64 bits
