Thank you bridnour.
What you did looks great. I've been using Plank for docking while I've been trying to get my XFCE -Kv sorted.
I have been away from XFCE so long I forgot that a second Panel could be added there as you have done in Cinnamon. Much neater than docks everywhere.

Just found this thread! There are some nice setups in here!
Curious - the desktop widgets (clocks, date, network info, system stats, etc)...what are you folks using to display them on your desktops? Conky?
My current laptop layout:
And my current Media Center PC layout....I use the same layout on roughly all my machines so I know exactly where everything is and use a program to synchronize all my files across each to the same locations as well, which is nice for backups

your desktop snapshot is uploaded to an unsecure HTTP site which will not display here. only pictures uploaded to encrypted servers HTTPS will show up here.

Nah - it's just your browser / addon settings trytip. It's not HTTPS, but there is nothing in the forum software stopping his screenshot displaying.

Very happy with LM XFCE 19.3. It's fast and very stable even on an old celeron laptop. I do also like DockbarX plugin that can group open apps to the panel icons. Here's my screenshot.

If you have any skills in photo editing, just move the important bits closer together and eliminate the empty space. Now you can shrink the size without losing the cool details.
