I've been playing the recent leaked 2001 build of 3D Realms' "Duke Nukem Forever". It's insane how solid of a game they threw away, that game could have been amazing. Really is a shame, but hey, the multiplayer works even in the unfinished build! It's alot of fun :D

Currently playing a mix of Lord of the Rings Online, Guild Wars 2, Lost Ark (can only play via GeForce Now as I refuse to dual boot just for a game) and trying to work out what the heck I'm doing in Dune: Spice Wars.

I've also been looking at a project on GitHub called TrinityCore which I find quite interesting and which has allowed me to make my own personal private WoW server (using completely open-source code with added bots from another GitHub project (Trickerer) to enable me to solo some dungeons too) so playing a little bit of solo Wrath of the Lich King on there as that was definitely my favourite expansion. I know Blizzard are also remastering WotLK at the moment so may take a look at that when it's finished, though I'm not keen on resubbing to WoW again as it's just a massive time-sink.

What I'm looking forward to play is Crossfire: https://crossfire.z8games.com/
There's a bug report on Wine website already, it's open since January 2019: https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=46552 I hope they will fix it soon

I never understood how a game about stealing cars never had official steering wheel support :P I'd probably play it occasionally if it did :)

According to ProtonDB, most of the Total War series are playable on Steam Proton. I've only got Shogun 2 (not currently installed), but I'm pretty sure it worked when I tried it on Steam.

I'd imagine the games are also playable via Lutris with the right Wine version.

EA Sports F1 2001 running via PlayOnLinux. It's fine as long as I don't try alt-tabbing out of it (or taking a screenshot) which hangs it

I also have Halo Combat Evolved installed on the same machine (Cortana running on Linux Mint...)

I’ll tell you a DNS joke but be advised, it could take up to 24 hours for everyone to get it.

I'm playing Total War Warhammer 3 currently via steam proton.

I've found for the games that have a native version of the game developed by Feral that the performance can be iffy and the build can be outdated, so I always tell Steam to play the Windows version of Total War games via Proton instead of the native ones.

Picked up Starship Troopers - Terran Command for a reasonable price so I've just started that. I've only done the first couple of missions so far, but seems OK so far.

If you want to see a sizeable chunk of your day disappear without realising then check out Fall Guys which is now free to play. It's no longer available on Steam unless you bought it there already though, PC users wanting the game now have to use Epic Store now instead.
