Flight Simulator 2004 black preview screen

Post by Marcel_T »

I installed it via PlayOnLinux and it runs extremely well except that in the aircraft selection screen the rotating model in the preview doesn't display. I get a black screen. I looked through PlayOnLinux's components and tried iv50. I think it's Indeo Video. I needed that for RealMyst. It worked for the preview screen but now Flight Simulator says I don't have enough video memory for hardware mode, so I get 640X480 software mode. I have a GTX460 and set the allocated memory to the max to no avail. Does anyone here know if there's another component I need to install?
