You can buy it on your national reseller provider like olx or ebay, or through GOG.
I spent 3 euro on this lol.
Funny hours playing it.

You can make an iso image with archive manager, and keep away the boring procedure to put CD disc everytime you want to play.
Only you need is install wine first...
sudo apt install wine

I still have Caesar 3 (original CD) running on XP with Virtual Box. Many good hours of playing and still very good! Started back in the "good old days" when I was known as Baldor...

I played this game years and years ago and I got it on GOG during one of their sales. What a time sink, I love it!
