I don't know what those mean.
Can I now play the full longest journey series on MINT? How? And there are only 3 of these games, right? I want to play the latest one, but I want to play the originals first.

Those links are from very old test of that game. the latest I can find on wineHQ says it is a bronze. It will install but not completely functioning.
so guess you'll just have to give it a try and see if it works for you. I'd use playonlinux since you can try different versions of wine quite easily and that may hold the key to getting it working as well as possible.
(Note: I have not tried to play this game my self.)

There are major problems running the first game in the series in Wine. ResidualVM Nightly can run the game, there will be bugs as the engine is a work in progress.
