I can't find the directory ~/.config/gnome-games/platforms/PLATFORM/system where I'm supposed to put the PlayStation BIOS (and where 'PLATFORM' is SegaGenesis or any system).
It's referenced here in the documentation: https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Games/Docum ... figuration
Why can't I find it?
I am supposed to be able to edit .libretro files in the $(libdir)/libretro directory which I also can't find. I installed Games using Flatpak.
That is according to this link: https://wiki.gnome.org/Apps/Games/Docum ... riptorSpec
Am I supposed to create these files and directories myself? Shouldn't they already exist because libretro was installed with Games?
More information:
Mint Xfce 18.3 (64-bit)
I am referring to the new Games application installable as a flatpak. It is very ambiguous what it does or doesn't do. And I don't know how to add in my PSX BIOS or if it even has an emulator. It says it does, and special firmware such as BIOS is only a matter of adding it to that directory. Which as I said before, the directory doesn't exist. I made it and put the file there to no avail. It crashes to black screen.

They say your favorite Mint edition was the one you installed when you still went to school with your friends.
