Tool for FPS monitoring (and showing what API currently in use)

I want to find a tool somewhat similar to MSI afterburner (but overclocking part is not essential for me) with its display overlay - that shows:
1 - FPS (and time for drawing in milliseconds)
2 - GPU usage
3 - GPU memory usage
4 - What API (OpenGL, Vulcan) the game use
