I've just installed a new computer, and I wanted to know which would be the best solution for Steam on Linux (which works well!):
- There are two drives: a small SSD, and a big HDD
- Linux and W are installed on the SSD, and /home is on HDD
- There are three Mint users accounts (one admin, and two normal)
- steam has to run in "family mode" for two accounts, since they are children. Of course I can enter the password to enter normal mode...
An idea would be to let Steam install a .steam on each account, but ask for another gamefiles location (e.g. /.steam, on SSD)
Is it a good idea?
