PCSX2 slow

Post by cdsol »

Hello,
I installed Pcsx2 but it's running slow. I was trying to change the graphics settings but I only have the OpenGl option available. While I was using windows on the same specs, I would get 3 options OpenGl, DirectX (which is only available in windows/wine) and Intel HD. I am using the Intel Core i5-8250U with Intel UHD 620. Below I have provided the details of my system. Please help.
Thanks

To be quite honest their stuff only works well with DirectX and certain hardware. It is not your PC not being powerfull enough. Ratchet and Clank runs worse on my AMD/Linux setup using that emulator than the PS3 emulator RPCS3 plays the PS3 version. They have been working on improving this recently. Try it out yourself. I can play Virtua Fighter 5 like a charm but have trouble with Soul Calibur 3...
Benkyou taimu!
