i install LMDE ..

i have Microsoft life-chat lx 3000 , now i want to use microphone
in linux mint 12 i configure microphone from sound preferences then
in ( output ) i choose Microsoft life-chat lx 3000 from choose device for sound output ilke this window



how can i configure microphone in LMDE ?!
