I just discovered that Google Earth does not start after the april 12 update. It crashes with this error:

Since I can't make the ATI driver work with the new kernel, I don't know if it is the kernel itself that bothers Google Earth or if it is because it needs the ATI driver.
EDIT: It also applies to Stellarium. That fails with a segmentation fault.
