Possible BUG: Mint Installer cant find disk inside KVM with virtio drivers.
Im trying to install LMDE 64 inside Proxmox's KVM, but Linux Mint Installer cant find /dev/vda.
Gparted find it and i can prepare all partitions just like running on metal.
Pressing Refresh, but no harddrive is listed, and installation is not possible.
Doing the same with IDE driver then it works as expected. (/dev/sda)
Same for XFCE version. Have not tried 32 bit.
This is strange since Debian Squeeze can use virtio.
Virtio network drivers work ok, so they must be there.
Is this a know bug ? Have someone else tried this ? Maybe on virtualbox ?

After succesful install with IDE driver and reboot, it cant start.
Just writing: Booting from Hard Disk...
_

and nothing happens.
So i need more input from others who have tried KVM and especially: http://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Main_Page

Just for anybody having the same problem, the solution is to type:

inxi -U (as root, or sudo inxi -U)

Then run the installer and it will see the disk. This fix was reported since before the latest LiveCD (201204) but somehow it didn't make it. I hope it makes it on the next one.
