Hello,
I'm using MATE desktop on LMDE update pack 4 and the NetworkManager keeps forgetting the wifi password. Each time I log in I have to enter the password again, which is kind of annoying. Any suggestions how to fix this?
Thanks!

Re: NetworkManager keeps forgetting wifi password
Right click Network Manager applet>Edit Connections>Wireless tab>Choose the network>Edit>Check "Available to all users">Hit apply
Now it shouldn't bother you anymore.

Re: NetworkManager keeps forgetting wifi password
Thanks sagirfahmid3, this works nice, but still it's some kind of workaround (which I probably like more that per-user wifi connecting)!
Anyway, even the per-user method should work. At least it used to work in gnome.

Re: NetworkManager keeps forgetting wifi password
I was using a cinnamon installation (ver 16) and installing gnome-keyring which was not installed fixed the issue of network manager not saving password.

Whilst we appreciate your input gunalmel, this post is nearly two years old and also about a different distribution (LMDE).
