Re: Unable to connect to internet from VirtualBox VM

So I gave up after awhile and just tried it with VMware, and now I have internet. Which means there is something weird going on with how VirtualBox and my machine are communicating. Which is odd and I couldn't figure out what that was. But I'm glad I got something to work.

Thanks again for all your help!

Having the same problem with my new Mint installation.

VB WinXP shows connected to LAN but no Internet.

No firewall or security is running in VB WinXP.

Something in Mint is not allowing an Internet Connection so going to a Windows site is useless especially with non-supported WinXP. :o

I have found NO answers anywhere! :?

About ready to go back to windows... :(
