Thanks in advance, I am new to Linux Mint. I have tried to share folder via virtual box. Its not working.below image displayed.
I tried to install the same and very often network is getting disconnected. how to add files via win-scp

Well, according to your second image, your problem is that you cannot mount guest additions in the Mint Guest system.
I would solve it by going to Virtual Box in whatever your Host Operating System is & downloading Guest additions.
Then open the Mint Guest System & run Guest Additions - by clicking on Devices & the last item in the drop down menu.
You should then add the Shared folder you want via the Shared Folders settings tab in VirtualBox.
I have never tried to use win-scp with VirtualBox & don't think that is a route you need to go down...
