Hello,
I run from a Win 2010 Host a LM 19.1 VM (Cinnamon edition) // as I've been doing for years.
I run it on my second screen.
Since my last update of VirtualBox 6.0.2 r128162 (Qt5.6.2), I loose my interaction with the display manager.
The only thing I can do is a CTRL + ALT + BACKSPACE to restart my session.
How can I find out whats happening ?
How should I debug this ?

Hello
Try enable the virtualization technology on bios setup. Go Advance > CPU configuration.
But I don't know how debug in this case.
Maybe you will find it here:

Re: VM MINT 19.1 Display Manager Freeze After A While
I also had this issue and resolved it by changing the graphic controller from VboxVGA to VMSVGA (a new option in VB6).
This also fixed the issue where the wallpaper contrast was too high when Cinnamon starts up.
Also it was also noticed on the VB forum that when Cinnamon appears to be locked up like that you can still enter your password, so it appears to be an issue with the display of the lock screen. See this post https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=91915 for details.
