Is VB capable...

Of running a heavy graphics demand pro flight simulator connected to a spektrum radio control transmitter. The program is designed to run on Windows. It's called Phoenix 5.5 pro.

I'd say changes are pretty dim if "heavy" is to be taken seriously. If you have a capable CPU (i.e., with VT-d/AMD-V) and a second graphics card to dedicate to the VM you'd want to go the route of VGA-passthrough.
