Virtual Box not working on 5.8.0.29

Hello,
My virtual box broke when I upgraded to 5.8.0.29.
I am getting this error saying the linux kernel driver is either not loaded or not setup correctly. Please reinstall virtualbox-dkms package and load the kernel module by executing: 'modprobe vboxdrv'
I would paste a picture but this forum won't let me
I run the command and it says it cannot find it.
I try to reinstall VBOX and I get sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned and error code (1)
Any ideas?

So, what happens when you do what the error messages says you should do?

Which release of Virtualbox have you got installed? That's important to know as it may not support the kernel anyway yet.

I am on LM 20 Kernel 5.8.0-31

VirtualBox Graphical User Interface Version 6.1.10_Ubuntu r138449 which was installed from the Software Manager on Dec 1, 2020.

My son-in-law suggested Virtual Box for a couple of reasons, one of which is the ability to run Garmin Express which only runs on Windows. If that would run with Wine or anything Linux I'd be golden. As it is, it's the only thing I can't do with Linux .

Help? I can blindly copy and paste into the terminal if someone would show me the correct commands?

Sorry for the late reply. I never got any emails stating people were responding. Anyways
I get this error:

I went back to Kernel 5.4 and VB works for me at least up to the point that I try to put in WIN 7.

The one in the repo does not work with 5.8, even if it is 6.1, I tested yesterday. Download the .deb from the homepage, it will work.

6.1 will not work but 6.1.14 or greater will work.
