i have a virtual machine with windows 7 64-bit on my linux mint 20.1 cinnamon. (i use VMware workstation player for individual use only.)
i saw that the dedicated video memory on windows is only of 128MB but the total available graphics memory is 3967MB (in VMware).
now i show you: (my question is if i can increase the section "dedicated video memory")
i tried to run the same VM with virtualbox too, to see if the memory could be major, and yes it can but only the dedicated video memory.
in fact with virtualbox the sections int he photo that i posted are:
total available graphics memory: 318MB
dedicated video memory: 318MB
but reasonably the performance is worst.
so in vmware the "total available graphics memory is enough, but not the dedicated memory and the performance remains low.
so how i can increase the performance of graphics?
