I upgraded to LM 21 and boinc, client and manager no longer work.
Did not notice till I had installed on 2nd PC, doesn't work on that either, tried reinstalling from package manager to no avail.

After researching and experimenting.. I used Software Manger serch Boinc, removed all boinc instances, then scroll to bottom of list and add the

edu.berkeley.BOINC option.. had to go in and add projects back, in other words upgrade remove the user project folders as well.
