I've recently decided to setup a single gpu passthrough in qemu/kvm for gaming on windows 10 in the emulator. I got everything to work with one exception. As soon as I launch the VM I get a black screen, then a message pops up that says: 44.829907 nvidia-gpu 0000:08:00.3 i2c timeout error e0000000, 44.829918 ucsi_ccg 1-0008: i2c_transfer failed -110, 44.829923 ucsi_ccg 1-0008: ucsi_ccg_init failed - -110. I've looked through forums on reddit about blacklisting the driver, followed it but it lead me nowhere. I followed nitshades video on youtube link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eTX10QlFJ6c
What can I do to solve this issue and get things up and running?

Linux Mint 21.1
EVGA GTX 1660Ti 515.86.01 driver
Ryzen 5 3600 CPU
32 GB Corsair Vengence Ram
ASUS ROG B450-F motherboard
