Download kernel sources (here http://www.kernel.org/) and compile it. Easy.

... or, change your apt sources to Debian Testing temporarily, install the kernel / headers / kbuild in Synaptic, then switch back. Most would consider that easier than compiling a kernel.

This works with the nvidia-driver?

When you do it, make sure to upgrade the following as well:

nvidia-glx
nvidia-settings
nvidia-xconfig

And run nvidia-xconfig as root after you install. Basically, the version of nvidia drivers in UP3 are old and do not support 3.0 or higher kernels ... upgrading them to the newer ones lets them work with those kernels. One thing to keep in mind is that nouveau can no longer be removed ... it tries to remove xorg as a whole. Instead, just blacklist it, and reboot.
