I have a laptop on which I've recently installed LMDE2 (I already have LMDE2 on a PC).
The bottom panel of the screen has various icons but no Workspace icon, so I can't right-click on it to add a new workspace - as I do on the PC - nor can I find where else to increase the number of workspaces.
Being restricted to a single workspace is extremely annoying.
Can anyone help?
How do you add Workspaces?

Re: How do you add Workspaces?
You didn't indicate if you are running the Mate or Cinnamon desktop.
On Mate, you just need to right click on the panel and select "Add to Panel". A list of available apps should appear. Then you can just select "Workspace Switcher" and click the "Add" Button.
