LMDE2 USB, no live environment, only restart "loop"

Post by CupidsHelper »

Firstly, I would like to state that for the past 6months to a year, any of the more recent version of distros, I get this weird restart "loop" and no going to live environment. The exceptions (no restart "loop")are any based on *buntus, Linux Mint, and older version of other distros, these go to the live environment. I am becoming more of a KDE person (I originally started Linux with Mandrivia KDE for a few months.).

I currently have installed on this puter Linux Mint 17.3 KDE 64bit, but I have a partition with kubuntu, that I want to get rid of and replace with LMDE2 Cinnamon. For me, this is the only way I prefer to use Cinnamon is with the Debian base (just a personnel preference.). I have asked other places/forums about this reboot/restart "loop" (not being able to get to live environment.), so far no answer of what is going on and how to fix it, just crickets. If you don't know, I understand that's fine, but I do believe somebody's got to have an answer to this issue. :o Please help. :?

FYI, I did verify the ISO per instructions, all ok.

Here is my hardware of the computer having this weird issue:
