Hello,
today I installed the Softmaker Office 2016 on my LMDE 2 (Cinnemon 2.8.6). Since it exists only as a i386-package I had to install some additional packages too. Now if I run the program , there is no entry on the taskbar - even though the program is started.
has anyone of you an idea what do do?

That's the downside of using proprietary, closed source, software. Nobody but SoftMaker can fix bugs or investigate the cause of issues. Perhaps try their support forum if nobody else here as an idea: http://forum.softmaker.com/
