Adjustments to Debian 4 LM debian-system-adjustments

Post by meat popsicle »

Adjustments to Debian specific to LM debian-system-adjustments - what's this about? Must this be installed?

Thanks!

If your system is telling you the base is Debian 4 then perhaps it is to correct that error. LMDE2 is based on Debian 8.

When you get updates in the update manager, usually clicking on the changelog tab tells you what is being altered. In this case it said something about correcting minimum heights for windows. I think that has something to do with some dialog popup window I saw earlier today the close and cancel buttons were off the screen because the window was taller than the screen. I am wondering if the Muffin update caused that.
