Hi,
I am running Linux Mint Debian Edition 2 64Bit Release Candidate fully updated
with an AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB GDDR5 PCIexpress video adapter.
I installed the current non-beta proprietary AMD display driver from AMD website.
Seems to be working properly, but sometimes on a system reboot the driver is lost and not loaded?
Anyone know how to fix the above issue, thanks!
Jesse

Hi,
If you installed the driver from amd website, i don't think that it can "work properly" !
Did you tried games ? i think they will be all messed up.
Install 12.6 from repositories with this method https://wiki.debian.org/fr/ATIProprietary
(maybe you will have to adapt to Jessie, i dont know i dont use lmde anymore)
And it will work fine.
