Cannot print to Brother Printer (MFC-J875DW)

HI All,

I'm trying to get my family's wireless printer working under my new LMDE install.
I installed the drivers here:
http://support.brother.com/g/s/id/linux ... MFC-J875DW

And the OS discovered it on the network, but I couldn't print to it.
Then I tried adding the printer from the CUPS interface in my browser (http://localhost:631/admin), which also worked to find the printer, but whenever I send something to it it says that the printing job is done, but nothing comes out.

Any help debugging this is greatly appreciated.

Bamf! Last time I buy a Brother printer, it shouldn't be that hard to get it working...
