Re: connect to LMDE to WIN10 Share
Can you broaden the description beyond "it doesn't work"?
"There is, ultimately, only one truth -- cogito, ergo sum -- everything else is an assumption." - Me, my swansong.

Trying to connect a Shared Windows 10 drive to my LMDE Cinnamon Desktop.
Re: connect to LMDE to WIN10 Share
You aren't making this easy.
What have you done so far?
Many here want to help people but no one knows what you are trying since there are many ways to connect the machines and many things can go on with each of those methods.
If you are just looking for a tutorial maybe you can find one in the "Tutorials" sub-forum viewforum.php?f=42 .

Re: connect to LMDE to WIN10 Share
Clarification:
I have a Windows 10 Desktop with a drive I would like to share to my LMDE Cinnamon Desktop (two separate boxes). I am unable to make this happen.

That is not clarification.
You say you are "unable to make this happen". That implies you have tried something. What have you tried? What happened when you tried that?
An example of "what have you tried" is saying something like, "I have installed <some app>" and then....
Or, I opened <existing app in default install> and then....

Re: connect to LMDE to WIN10 Share
I've tried connecting or mapping a network drive through Cinnamon, no luck, doesn't work.
