LMDE with trinity??

LMDE with trinity??

So might seem a dumb question but

has anyone tried putting Trinity Desktop on LMDE?

just curious thanks

if you did what did it look like?

how did it run?

As LMDE Cinnamon is Gtk based I would assume it should fine if you replace that with a Qt/KDE3 based DE. You may want to make sure to also replace the display manager (login screen) to something that is recommended by Trinity. Trinity has Debian stable repositories so will probably work fine with that: https://wiki.trinitydesktop.org/Debian_ ... structions. Would suggest to try it out on a VM, spare system or otherwise not get upset if you break things on your main system :)
