I can see Cinnamon 4.6.7, but think Cinnamon in my windows manager? Or am I running LMDE 4 Debbie?

First line of your inxi -F output reads:
System: Host: green616 Kernel: 4.19.0-12-amd64 x86_64 bits: 64 Desktop: Cinnamon 4.6.7 Distro: LMDE 4 Debbie
split into details:
  • Distro: LMDE 4 Debbie
  • Desktop: Cinnamon 4.6.7
  • Kernel: 4.19.0-12-amd64 x86_64
  • bits: 64
Guess this should be sufficient to answer your own question, should it not?
