LMDE4 modify date time format

Post by guest26118280 »

Which file holds the system wide date and time format? I would like to modify it to show a NN YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SS. The default for US is incomplete and too verbose. It reads Saturday December 12, 20:06:00. I would like it to read Sat 2020-12-12 20:06:00.

If I had the money, I would purchase a computer.

Right click on the time in the panel and choose; Configure>Use custom date format.
Vanguard debian, because nothing's worse than doing nothing whimsically.
