install hardware drivers & wifi connection problem

Hi, I just switched from Windows to Linux and installed linuxmint-20.1-cinnamon-64bit. However, I can not install hardware drivers, even when I launch the driver manager and insert the installation USB stick. Here is the screenshot of the message



I can't connect to wifi either.

Disable secure boot in Bios/Uefi & see if that gets wifi going.

I disabled secure boot, still no connection!

Yes I did. It seems my other drivers have not been installed as well. I still receive error from driver manager.

It must be quicker to boot the ISO again, install the drivers you need and during install be sure to click the Install third party drivers and software option
