you would need to create an New Partition at the Start of the HDD on your machine.
& you most probably should create an New Partition of at least 100Gb, as well.
this would be best done with the Gparted program,
that is found on your LinuxMint Live Media . . usb stick . .
then Run your Windows Installer / usb stick by Booting from that media,
and then pointing the Windows Installer to the newly created & vacant partition.
- if that all works okay, then you will also need to repair the LinuxMint Boot Loader, as well.
as the Windows Install will over-write the LinuxMint Boot Loader.
