LMDE4 not boot

I'm a debian user and think to try LMDE4.. but it's stuck on
IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): wlp2s0: link isn't ready

Laptop Brand: Dell
Processor: I3 10gen
Ram: 16GB
Graphic Card: Null

The LMDE4 ISO is too old for your hardware. Unlike Debian, Linux Mint do not release snapshot updates for their ISO with point releases on them and there's no net installer either.
Don't take life so seriously, nobody gets out alive anyway!

Try disabling ipv6 at boot time by putting "ipv6.disable=1" in the kernel line.
