lmde3 does not detect Chromecast

lmce 18.3 does detect Chromecast
Enabled the following in Flags
Connect to Cast devices on all IP addresses
Still no joy.
[Help] from Chromium Browser led nowhere
Same problem with Desktop and Laptop.
Any suggestions appreciated.
