Network Settings Small Window

Post by thefish » Mon Jul 22, 2019 8:56 pm

Hi everyone,

I have been experiencing a strange problem. When I open the network settings from the Wi-Fi indicator on the panel it opens in an odd size – about half as tall as it should be. See the screen shot below.

If I open the network settings from the “System Settings” window (i.e. /usr/bin/cinnamon-settings) then it looks normal.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

Thanks,
The Fish

This is a bug that is fixed for 19.2

Here they describe ways to fix it in the meantime: https://github.com/linuxmint/cinnamon/issues/8360
