I'm using LMDE 4 Debbie. This seems to be a debian thing? May be if possible you guys are able to fix it?

I get an error with OBS.
Same also with Shotcut(Software Manager Snap) with NVENC enabled, I'm just getting black screen videos.
It seems the new FFMpeg hasn't been ported correctly??
