LMDE4 Freescan alternative
I am looking to install Freescan (Freescan is software to program Uniden Bearcat scanners) Yet I noticed it's not available for Debian/Linux without installing Wine which is something I don't want to have to do. Any information to any alternative Uniden scanner programming software for Debian would be appreciated.

Re: LMDE4 Freescan alternative
That's not an option. Yet Thank you for your reply. I have searched high and low and I am going to suspect my only option is to log into a windows machine and use Freescan. Pretty sad indeed that Linux doesn't provide an alternative. Oh well. Maybe when I get free time I will develop one.
