(Solved) /root/.dircolors: file or directory not found!
Since the last system updates on August 16th and 17th, this error message appears when I open the terminal and log in as root. What can be the cause of this and how can I fix it? The file mentioned does exist in the home directory, but apparently that isn't enough in the current state of the system. Otherwise everything else behaves as usual.

Oh yeah, sure, the same situation as last time, you don't know and of course you don't have the slightest idea again! But fortunately I found what I was looking for yesterday after a search in the net and was able to solve the problem myself with relatively little effort.

As in the previous case, you could immediately update your post after you've found the solution and save several people from needlessly look into the issue. Indeed the situation is the same, and such attitude may yield very low desire to discuss anything with you.David Chiang wrote: ⤴Thu Aug 18, 2022 4:23 am Oh yeah, sure, the same situation as last time, you don't know and of course you don't have the slightest idea again!
